About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Advisor to join our pre‑hospital medical services team in Quito. The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining client relationships and contributing to the growth of our health‑care solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in the health‑care sector.
• Present and sell our in‑home medical services, explaining benefits and pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while meeting monthly targets.
• Maintain a pipeline in the company’s CRM and follow up on leads.
• Provide excellent post‑sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum education: high school diploma.
• At least one year of experience in sales or commercial management.
• Result‑oriented, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve set goals.
