AI Machine Learning Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Join FullStackFullStack's talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients as an AI Machine Learning Engineer. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers on cutting‑edge AI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, fine‑tune, and optimize AI/ML models using Python and LangChain.
• Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques and manage vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Document architecture decisions, workflows, and best practices.
• Set up and manage MLOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and production‑grade AI systems.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and take full ownership of deliverables.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
