AI Machine Learning Engineer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStack is seeking an experienced AI Machine Learning Engineer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of client teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver cutting‑edge AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, fine‑tune, and optimize AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as LangChain.
• Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques and manage vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments and ensure reliable operation.
• Document workflows, architectural decisions, and best practices.
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and production‑grade systems.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to code libraries as needed.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to take extreme ownership.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
