AI Engineer (Python) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer specialized in Python to design and deliver production‑grade AI solutions that leverage Large Language Models and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation architectures. The role is fully remote and focuses on turning cutting‑edge research into reliable business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production‑ready AI applications using Python and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain.
• Design and implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve model accuracy with external data sources.
• Integrate and optimise LLM APIs and vector databases for complex reasoning and semantic search tasks.
• Architect scalable data‑processing systems for AI/ML workflow ingestion.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define AI strategy and identify automation opportunities.
• Monitor, evaluate, and refine model performance to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
• Proven expertise developing AI‑powered systems with Large Language Models.
• Hands‑on experience building Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with LangChain.
• Deep understanding of integrating LLM APIs and cloud services such as AWS.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
