Agentic Software Engineer (OpenAI Codex) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer specialized in OpenAI Codex to join remote, project‑based teams for U.S. clients. You will work side‑by‑side with designers and engineers, using AI‑driven development to deliver production‑ready full‑stack solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate OpenAI Codex into the development workflow to generate and coordinate code across large, multi‑file systems.
• Collaborate daily with client teams, translating complex product requirements into AI‑friendly specifications.
• Design, implement, and maintain full‑stack applications (frontend, backend, infrastructure) in an AI‑accelerated environment.
• Apply disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop review and risk‑adjusted validation for safety‑critical flows.
• Iterate on AI‑generated output, improving quality through structured feedback loops.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience delivering production software where AI generates the majority of implementation code.
• Strong curiosity for emerging AI‑native engineering practices.
• Ability to work autonomously in remote, asynchronous teams.
