Ads Creative Strategist – Social Media & E‑commerce

About the role

We are looking for an Ads Creative Strategist to craft high‑impact social media ads for our e‑commerce clients. You will dive deep into each brand’s identity, audience and goals, then translate that insight into compelling script briefs and video concepts that align with the latest TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.

Key responsibilities

• Research current TikTok and Instagram Reels trends and translate them into actionable script briefs.
• Develop detailed briefs that include B‑roll footage requirements and brand guidelines.
• Identify, contact and onboard suitable content creators that match each client’s customer avatar.
• Coordinate with creators throughout production, providing feedback and ensuring quality control.
• Perform final quality checks on video ad variations before delivery to clients.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of platform algorithms and emerging creative formats.
• Support the Product Manager with ad‑related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong creative flair with a solid understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels ecosystems.
• Ability to analyse brand positioning, audience pain points and translate them into clear creative directions.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with creators and occasionally with clients.
• Comfortable working full‑time under office‑hour availability and adhering to confidentiality agreements.
