Ads Creative Strategist – E‑commerce Marketing Agency

About the role

The Ads Creative Strategist will craft high‑impact creative media for e‑commerce clients, ensuring each campaign aligns with brand values and current TikTok and Instagram Reels trends. You will act as the bridge between clients and content creators, delivering script briefs and overseeing production quality.

Key responsibilities

• Research and select content creators that match each client’s customer avatar and brand guidelines.
• Develop detailed script briefs, including B‑roll footage concepts, based on the latest TikTok and Instagram trends.
• Contact and liaise with creators, assemble project teams, and manage communication throughout the campaign.
• Perform quality control on delivered video assets to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to creators and iterate on content as needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving social‑media algorithms and trend cycles.
• Support the Product Manager with additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Strong creative flair with a deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels ecosystems.
• Ability to interpret client brand voices, values, and target audiences.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with creators and occasional client contact.
• Willingness to sign a non‑disclosure and exclusivity agreement.
