Accounting Outsourcing Trainee

About the role
This trainee position supports the accounting outsourcing team on a variety of project‑related tasks. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, gaining exposure to real client assignments while developing a professional brand within the firm.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the accounting outsourcing area, assisting with data entry, reconciliations and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Gather information from multiple sources, analyse facts and identify patterns to support decision‑making.
- Maintain compliance with professional and technical standards, including firm code of conduct and independence requirements.
Required profile
- Final‑year university students in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Economics, Accounting & Auditing, Finance or related fields.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role or internship.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Curiosity, willingness to ask questions, take initiative and deliver quality work.
