Accountant – Hospitality Clients

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to support our hospitality portfolio. You will handle daily accounting, month‑end close and balance‑sheet reconciliations for multiple hotel properties, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting tasks, prepare journal entries and support month‑end close to meet client deadlines.
• Maintain balance‑sheet integrity by cleaning up and resolving reconciling items across numerous accounts.
• Master and operate specialized hospitality platforms, ERP tools and reporting structures (e.g., Opera, POS, Ottimate, Acumatica, ProfitSword).
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality client service by following standardized processes and communicating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations and month‑end close.
• Highly organized, detail‑focused and able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Experience in hospitality, property management or outsourced accounting services is a plus.
