Account Manager – E-commerce Marketing Agency

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between assigned e‑commerce clients and our agency, ensuring that marketing campaigns are planned, executed, and optimised to drive conversions and sales. You will collaborate with copywriters, designers, and junior account associates to deliver high‑quality email, SMS, pop‑up, and flow campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, brief, and monitor up to 40 marketing campaigns per month for assigned clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular performance updates and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and campaign setups.
• Analyse campaign results and work to continuously improve email and SMS marketing performance.
• Communicate client needs to the agency and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

• Proven experience managing e‑commerce marketing accounts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering results on schedule.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
