Technical Project Manager – Platform (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead platform‑focused initiatives across multiple engineering teams. You will coordinate cross‑functional efforts, manage technical dependencies, and ensure smooth delivery of platform features while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of platform projects by managing dependencies, stakeholders, and delivery plans across several teams.
• Maintain and share deep platform knowledge to facilitate technical coordination and accurate documentation.
• Prioritize asynchronous communication and documentation to keep projects moving with minimal synchronous meetings.
• Track requirements, progress, and dependencies using JIRA, Confluence, and JQL.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, unblocking development teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Produce high‑quality project documentation and keep stakeholders informed via Slack and Google Workspace.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical project management within platform or infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and delivery plans across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
