Talent Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Intelligence Analyst at BairesDev, you will serve as the bridge between talent acquisition data and strategic decision‑making. You will design, monitor, and refine key performance indicators that reflect the health of the recruiting function and proactively surface issues before they affect outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze talent acquisition trends, detect anomalies, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Define, document, and maintain KPIs across the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring clear formulas and measurement criteria.
• Build and operate monitoring and alerting systems to identify performance drops, data inconsistencies, and unusual patterns.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across multiple platforms such as ERP, ATS, and CRM, establishing a single source of truth for talent metrics.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to design and maintain dashboards that accurately reflect KPI logic and support reporting automation.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong SQL and database management experience working with large datasets.
• Minimum 2 years of data analysis experience focused on insight generation and decision support.
• Proven track record in process optimization, KPI definition, tracking, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
