Senior React Native Mobile Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior React Native Mobile Developer to join our cross‑functional delivery teams. In this role you will collaborate with business analysts, designers, project managers and quality engineers to create high‑impact mobile solutions for our clients. You will champion best engineering practices while delivering clean, reusable and well‑tested code.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, reusable React Native code following TDD and mobile architecture patterns.
• Advocate and implement continuous delivery practices to release high‑quality software quickly.
• Partner with designers and product owners to build innovative, human‑centered mobile experiences.
• Apply technology radar insights to solve client problems and promote a mobile‑first culture.
• Participate in the full software delivery lifecycle from ideation through deployment.
• Mentor junior team members and share technical expertise across the organization.

Required profile

• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong influence and advocacy for technical excellence.
• Active presence in the external tech community (e.g., speaking, open‑source contributions, blogging).
• Resilience in ambiguous situations and ability to view challenges from multiple perspectives.
