About the role
Mother, a fast‑growing residential plumbing company, is looking for a full‑time Sales Appointment Setter to support its U.S. operations from remote locations in Latin America. You will be the first voice customers hear, handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and converting inquiries into booked jobs.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls for a U.S. residential plumbing service.
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments using consultative, value‑based communication.
- Schedule service visits and coordinate dispatch with field technicians.
- Identify and present upsell or membership opportunities during calls.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and support operational workflows.
- Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required profile
- Fluent English – communication will be exclusively with U.S. customers and teams.
- Prior experience in sales or customer‑care roles.
- Comfortable with a light, consultative sales approach.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- High personal standards and ownership of tasks.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Proficiency in scheduling software.
- Ability to work with digital workflow platforms.
What we offer
- Competitive base salary of $1,200 – $1,800 USD per month.
- Additional commissions up to $500 USD per month.
- Remote work with flexible night‑shift and weekend availability.
