About the role

We are seeking a personable, sales‑oriented professional to source and secure temporary relocation housing for families. The role focuses on outreach, relationship‑building, and sales communication with landlords and property managers, all performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming relocation housing requests and match them to client criteria.
• Research and source properties using platforms such as Zillow, Furnished Finder, Realtor.com, and Apartments.com.
• Enter property details into the company CRM system.
• Cold‑call landlords and property managers to discuss partnership opportunities.
• Explain the benefits of corporate housing partnerships and qualify leads.
• Move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with leadership to finalize placement execution.

Required profile

• Strong sales and communication abilities.
• Confidence with cold calling and outreach.
• Excellent research judgment and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRMs, online tools, and data‑entry systems.
• Organized, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
