About the role

Alianza is expanding its global edtech team and seeks enthusiastic English language instructors to deliver live, online classes to learners in Ecuador. This 100% remote position allows you to teach from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact on students' language development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live English lessons according to scheduled time slots.
• Engage with students through regular communication and feedback.
• Prepare and submit weekly class reports to track progress.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Legal working age and able to work Monday‑Thursday.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using online video‑conferencing platforms for live teaching.
