About the role

Alianza is expanding its global edtech team and seeks enthusiastic English language instructors to deliver live, online classes to learners in Ecuador. This 100% remote position allows you to teach from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact on students' language development.

Key responsibilities

Conduct live English lessons according to scheduled time slots.
Engage with students through regular communication and feedback.
Prepare and submit weekly class reports to track progress.

Required profile

Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
Legal working age and able to work Monday‑Thursday.
Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace.

Required skills

Proficiency in using online video‑conferencing platforms for live teaching.

What we offer

Flexible remote work schedule with two daily time‑slot options (08:00‑12:00 or 20:00‑00:00 Argentina time).
Compensation up to USDT 320 based on availability.
