Product Designer (Figma & AI) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is seeking a remote Product Designer to join its talent network and work on US‑based client projects across Latin America. You will collaborate daily with existing designers and engineers, leveraging Figma and emerging Agentic AI tools to create high‑quality user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across products.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive designs.
• Utilize AI‑assisted design workflows and prompt‑driven tools to accelerate iteration and experimentation.
• Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX, or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong visual design sensibility and user‑centered design methodology.
• Proactive attitude, extreme ownership, and ability to solve complex design challenges.

Required skills

• Figma (wireframing, prototyping, visual design, design systems).
• Agentic AI or AI‑assisted design tools (prompt‑driven workflows, AI‑assisted prototyping).
• Design systems creation and scalability.
