Product Designer (Figma + Agentic AI) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking a Product Designer to join client teams remotely across Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with designers and engineers, leveraging Figma and emerging AI‑assisted tools to create high‑quality user experiences for US‑based projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to define design solutions.
• Produce wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and comprehensive design systems using Figma.
• Utilise Agentic AI and prompt‑driven workflows to accelerate iteration and experimentation.
• Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and responsive standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX, or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Experience working on large, complex systems and in remote, project‑based environments.

Required skills

• Figma for wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and design systems.
• AI‑assisted design tools and prompt‑driven workflows (Agentic AI).
• Design systems creation and scalability.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
