Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to ensure a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment experience for candidates worldwide. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, guiding applicants through each step of the hiring process for both technical and non‑technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with candidates, providing updates and fostering commitment throughout the selection process.
• Record and manage applicant data, including resumes, assignments, interview notes, and assessment results.
• Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and soft‑skill fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Serve as the central point of contact during client interviews, ensuring clear information flow between candidate and client.
• Schedule and track interviews, tests, and assessments while keeping candidates engaged.
• Deliver comprehensive candidate profiles to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of information.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
