About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of robust, concurrent backend systems using Go (Golang).
• Design, document, and maintain scalable REST APIs with OpenAPI specifications.
• Optimize database interactions and data flows using PostgreSQL for high performance.
• Architect and deploy services within AWS environments, focusing on efficiency and reliability.
• Utilize Go’s concurrency primitives (goroutines, channels) to handle massive traffic and workloads.

Required profile

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with a focus on Go.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable, performance‑critical backend services and REST APIs.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
• Experience building production‑grade, API‑first systems.
• Familiarity with Zanzibar (ReBAC) and advanced English communication skills.
