Full Stack Laravel + React Developer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a Full Stack Laravel + React Developer to join its remote team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, building modern web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel (v8+) back‑end services and RESTful APIs.
• Implement interactive front‑end features using React (and optionally Vue.js or Livewire).
• Write automated tests with Pest, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk or Playwright to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver client‑focused solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, estimate tasks, and take ownership of deliverables.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel 8 or newer.
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel authentication, and query builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright.
• Experience building APIs and using Inertia.js.
• Proficiency in front‑end development with React; experience with Vue.js, Livewire or Tailwind CSS is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive attitude and ability to align with client goals.
