About the role

Continental is looking for a motivated IT Intern to join its internal support team. This position offers hands‑on experience with ticket management, equipment setup, and user assistance in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues through ticket management systems.
• Assist with installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of laptops, mobile applications, remote‑access tools, and video‑conferencing equipment.
• Support the preparation and configuration of IT hardware for new users or equipment replacements.
• Provide first‑level incident resolution and end‑user consulting for a range of IT resources.
• Help develop and monitor controls for internal IT processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Student in the final semesters of an Information Technology or Telecommunications program.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong interest in technical support and IT service delivery.
