Electrical VDC Project Manager (BIM)

About the role

ENG is seeking an experienced Electrical VDC Project Manager to lead its Electrical Business Unit (BU) focused on BIM/VDC services for mission‑critical facilities across the United States. This remote, LATAM‑based contractor role will drive strategy, operations, and profitability while ensuring world‑class delivery to US clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy, operations, and P&L of the Electrical BU.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, BIM Coordinators, Technical Leaders, Job Captains, BIM Specialists, and Modelers.
• Ensure high‑quality BIM/VDC delivery for complex US electrical projects.
• Report to the Head of Electrical Trade and C‑suite, collaborating with other Business Unit Directors.
• Travel occasionally to US client sites and industry events as required.

Required profile

• 10–20 years of AEC industry experience with a strong technical foundation in electrical systems and BIM/VDC for MEP.
• Hands‑on BIM modeling experience (minimum Revit and Navisworks).
• Extensive work on US‑based BIM MEP projects with solid knowledge of US codes, standards, and construction culture.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks for electrical MEP.
• Proven track record directing BIM/VDC teams.
