Architect – Revit Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with strong Revit expertise to lead the production of detailed construction documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet code requirements and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, including sections, elevations, and wall typologies for Department of Buildings approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop high‑quality 3D renderings using Lumion (or equivalent software).
• Create comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Model and maintain accurate Revit models, ensuring compliance with architectural and construction standards.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent and construction requirements.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables with precision.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong, verifiable architectural or engineering background.
• Ability to draft, layout, and perform straightforward calculations for construction details.
• Experience preparing drawings from supplied plans and sketches.
• Timely updates on drawing completion and workload.
