About the role
Mercur connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs and is looking for a Customer Success Engineer focused on the Latin American market. This contract position is fully remote and offers the chance to support a growing talent pool using cutting‑edge web technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to support requests from Mercur’s talent pool regarding role applications.
- Investigate and triage issues by analyzing telemetry data, network requests, and database queries.
- Troubleshoot common browser problems and web‑application bugs.
- Consolidate insights and recommend product improvements.
- Create and maintain talent‑facing documentation for frequent support topics.
- Communicate with enthusiasm and near‑perfect English in all replies.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience supporting customers on modern web applications.
- Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Experience with SaaS‑based products.
- Familiarity with support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk, or Crisp.

What we offer
- Contract compensation between $40,000 and $50,000 per year.
