Customer Experience Manager

About the role

Camunda is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to own the execution and delivery of a scalable, AI‑driven CX strategy across the entire customer lifecycle. Reporting to the Director of Scaled Customer Success, you will turn strategic concepts into concrete programs, automated communications and self‑serve tools that boost engagement, adoption and value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and continuously optimise digital‑first lifecycle programmes using customer data, journey insights and automation.
• Own and maintain end‑to‑end customer journey maps, identify friction points and drive improvements in partnership with Marketing Ops, Product, IT and other teams.
• Lead the Voice of the Customer (VoC) practice, translate feedback into actionable content, programmes and product enhancements.
• Leverage AI‑driven insights and orchestration tools to personalise experiences, reduce customer effort and accelerate value delivery.
• Manage cross‑functional projects from conception to rollout, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer experience, customer success or related CX roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and feedback into actionable initiatives.
• Hands‑on project‑management skills and a track record of delivering scalable programmes.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with Marketing, Product, IT and Operations teams.
