CloudOps Engineer

About the role

As a CloudOps Engineer you will join a high‑impact Cloud Operations team focused on reliability, performance and scalability of cloud platforms, supporting customer‑facing systems for Fortune 500 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, manage and scale AWS cloud infrastructure for production and non‑production environments.
• Drive automation through Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to provision and modernize systems.
• Monitor system health with Datadog and Grafana, diagnosing performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, incident response and post‑mortem analysis.
• Maintain SLA commitments, follow change‑management procedures and enforce security and compliance standards.
• Create and improve runbooks and operational guidelines for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps or a related systems‑focused role.
• Hands‑on experience with a major cloud platform, preferably AWS.
• Strong automation mindset with experience using Terraform and scripting.
