AI Engineer (Python) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer specialized in Python to design and deliver production‑grade AI solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. The role bridges cutting‑edge research and real‑world applications, enabling intelligent automation across business workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI applications in Python using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines to enrich model outputs with external data sources.
• Integrate and optimise LLM APIs and vector databases for semantic search and complex reasoning tasks.
• Architect scalable data‑processing pipelines for content ingestion and preparation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define AI strategy and identify automation opportunities.
• Monitor model performance, ensuring reliability, safety and efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in AI engineering, software engineering or data science.
• Proven track record building AI‑powered systems with LLMs.
• Hands‑on experience creating Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
