Agentic Product Designer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and AI/ML specialists to create AI‑native experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client product teams and collaborate with designers, engineers, and researchers.
• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives, from discovery and research to high‑fidelity prototypes and implementation.
• Design workflows powered by AI assistants, copilots, and automation systems.
• Build, scale, and maintain reusable design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery of design assets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX, or related design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to take extreme ownership and deliver high‑quality work remotely.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including complex prototyping, auto‑layout, component libraries, design systems, variables, and developer handoff.
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor (Cloud Cursor) or similar AI‑assisted design environments.
• Strong understanding of agentic UX principles, AI‑native product patterns, and human‑AI interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
