About the role

The Graduate Institute at the School for International Training seeks qualified adjunct instructors to teach in‑person at its Quito campus. This part‑time position is part of an ongoing instructor pool that supports a range of Master's and doctoral courses focused on sustainable development and global health.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver course instruction aligned with the syllabus, learning outcomes, and student level.
• Create an inclusive, experiential learning environment that supports student success.
• Maintain accurate records, submit grades promptly, and enforce academic and conduct policies.

Required profile

• Doctoral degree in a relevant discipline.
• Professional experience related to the course topic; graduate teaching experience is desirable.
• Background in inclusive teaching, global education, and experiential learning.
• Authorization to work in Ecuador.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Canvas learning management system.
