Temporary Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a temporary Project Manager to lead internal projects at Haleon, a global consumer health company. The role will oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget and quality standards while supporting the company’s Win as One strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement projects while meeting defined scope, timelines and costs.
• Ensure compliance with Haleon policies, procedures and standards.
• Manage documentation for investment projects and maintain the project portfolio.
• Build and lead effective project teams, supervising external partners.
• Collaborate with sponsors and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle approvals for offers, purchase orders and contracts.
• Administer budgets, financial tasks and reporting.
• Communicate project status and proactively manage risks.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives in safety, quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Licenciatura or Engineering).
• 4+ years of experience in project management within an industrial setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Technical background with experience in international environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with MS Project (plus).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
