Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

The Talent Quality Auditor ensures that all Talent Acquisition activities meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. Working remotely, you will audit candidate calls, screening interviews, written communications, and related workflows to safeguard the integrity of the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of Talent Acquisition interactions, including calls, screenings, emails, and workflow steps.
• Measure performance against defined standards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Recommend adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across hiring operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate operational performance using defined standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
