Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Sur, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full‑cycle hiring for US‑based clients hiring talent in Latin America. You will own the end‑to‑end process, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and non‑technical positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients.
• Partner with clients to define hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
• Meet service‑level agreements for speed and quality of hires.
• Utilise Workable to track candidates and set up ATS automations.
• Collaborate with US clients and internal teams to align hiring strategies.
• Develop and improve recruitment processes and team efficiency.

Required profile

• 4+ years of agency recruitment experience, preferably in tech or high‑volume hiring.
• Proven track record of meeting SLAs and delivering quality hires.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) with comfort communicating with US clients.
• Experience recruiting for US or English‑speaking companies.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Workable (or similar ATS) proficiency.
• Experience setting up ATS automations.
