Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Sur is a leading recruitment agency that helps US companies hire top talent across Latin America. We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full‑cycle hiring process for technical and non‑technical positions, working closely with US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to extending offers.
• Source, interview and assess candidates for a variety of roles, including developers, engineers, designers and other professionals.
• Partner with clients to define hiring needs, build pipelines and ensure service‑level agreements are met.
• Utilize Workable to track candidates, set up automations and streamline the recruitment workflow.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams.
• Develop and refine processes to improve team efficiency and overall operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of agency recruitment experience, preferably in tech or high‑volume hiring.
• Proven track record of meeting SLAs and delivering quality hires.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate effectively with US clients.
• Experience recruiting for US or English‑speaking companies.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Workable (or similar ATS) and experience setting up recruitment automations.

What we offer

• Compensation: $1,800 – $2,200 USD per month (OTE).
