System Platform/WonderWare Support (HMI & RTU)

About the role

Pipecom is seeking a System Platform/WonderWare Support Specialist to ensure reliable, real‑time operation of HMI and RTU systems within critical pipeline infrastructure. The role combines live‑operations troubleshooting with continuous improvement of system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve operational issues quickly through ticket‑based support workflows.
• Maintain system stability, data integrity, and alarm handling for HMI interfaces.
• Configure HMI screens, manage tags, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Support RTU and PLC devices, handling field communications such as Modbus, DNP3, and OPC.
• Collaborate with control‑room and field teams to improve overall system reliability.
• Monitor OT network health and perform basic system health checks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial control systems, preferably in pipeline or utility environments.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with SCADA platforms.
• Proficiency in tag management and Modbus communication.
• Fully fluent English.
