Student Success Manager LATAM

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Student Success Manager for the LATAM region to guide learners through our 7‑10 month tech re‑skilling program. The role focuses on ensuring a positive, engaging experience for up to 150 students, from onboarding to graduation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to unresponsive students via phone and personalized follow‑ups.
• Welcome new learners, host live orientation sessions, and set up communication channels such as Discord.
• Build a vibrant community by creating content, organizing online events, and fostering peer interaction.
• Perform one‑to‑one wellbeing checks, answer queries, resolve issues or escalate when needed.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date student database, track agreements, schedule reminders, and generate regular reports.
• Collaborate with tutors, instructors, and internal teams through video conferences and meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer‑facing role (e.g., Support Manager, Success Manager).
• Fluent in Spanish (oral and written) and at least B1 level English.
• Strong sense of ownership, excellent communication, and comfort speaking on camera.
• Self‑starter with solid time‑management, analytical abilities, and high empathy.
• Full‑time availability, Monday‑Friday, 9:00‑18:00 MX time.

Required skills

• Basic graphic‑design and video‑editing abilities, preferably using Canva.
