Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to analyze and manage its pool of vetted IT candidates. The role bridges Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition, ensuring timely and revenue‑driven staffing for IT projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, and present candidates to meet client needs and deadlines.
• Maintain and clean the candidate pipeline and open positions according to defined guidelines.
• Handle end‑to‑end vetting processes on the client side.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
