Social Media Brand Strategist for Creator Network

About the role

Toptal is building a new venture to support content creators at scale. As a Social Media Brand Strategist (Creator Agent), you will work directly with senior leadership to onboard, coach, and accelerate growth for our creator community. This remote, full‑time position blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new creators, assess performance, and identify growth opportunities across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Provide 1‑to‑1 coaching on content strategy, packaging, scripting, and community building.
• Set weekly goals and metrics to improve click‑through, retention, follower growth, and engagement.
• Guide creators toward professional publishing standards and prepare them for monetization.
• Activate brand partnership opportunities when creators reach traction.
• Design, test, and refine the coaching methodology, creating playbooks and repeatable processes for future agents.

Required profile

• Senior creator strategist with proven success growing accounts on YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok.
• Builder mindset – able to think like a founder, operate like a creator, and develop scalable processes.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and a fast‑paced work style.
