Senior Managing Consultant, Services Business Development

About the role

Mastercard Data & Services is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to drive business development for its Services portfolio. You will own client relationships, shape proposals, and ensure high‑quality delivery of data‑driven solutions across the payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capture both explicit and implicit client needs, translating them into compelling business cases.
• Lead formal and informal pitches, from storyboarding to presentation, tailoring materials to audience seniority.
• Manage a pipeline of proposals from early lead to signed contract, meeting revenue targets.
• Contribute to market‑level planning, forecasting, and revenue assurance for Data & Services.
• Support major Mastercard deals, including RFP responses and cross‑selling of value‑added services.
• Oversee project quality for assigned accounts and help develop intellectual capital.
