Ruby on Rails Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our fully remote team. You will help shape modern web applications, ensuring they are responsive, performant, and aligned with our high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Lead system‑engineering tasks from planning through execution, guaranteeing efficient delivery.
• Maintain product consistency and document code throughout the development lifecycle.
• Produce detailed technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing phases.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and front‑end development (JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5).
• Experience with ReactJS, Flux, Redux is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with ES2015, command‑line tools, APIs, and client‑side performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of coding best practices, data structures, and programming concepts.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
