Remote Tax Administrative Support Specialist

About the role

Dimov Tax is seeking a Remote Tax Administrative Support Specialist to be the first voice clients hear. This dual role combines phone support with administrative duties, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound client calls professionally.
• Listen to client needs, route or resolve inquiries, and take accurate messages.
• Enter and update client information in the CRM system.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for team members.
• Maintain organized digital and physical client files.
• Navigate multiple systems while on live calls.
• Provide general correspondence and administrative assistance to the team.

Required profile

• Clear, professional speaking voice with strong grammar.
• Active listener who understands issues before responding.
• Calm and empathetic, especially with frustrated callers.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent time‑management skills.
• Resourceful and dependable follow‑through on commitments.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
• Comfort with scheduling tools like Outlook or Google Calendar.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
