Remote Recruiter – Candidate Matching Specialist

About the role

WorkBetterNow® is looking for a Remote Recruiter who will act as the primary matching specialist, connecting talented professionals from Latin America and the Caribbean with U.S.-based companies. You will analyze client needs, assess candidates, and ensure high‑quality matches that drive successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end candidate matching, delivering timely and accurate submissions.
• Review job descriptions and validate feasibility against internal guidelines and talent pool.
• Post jobs on internal platforms and sourcing channels to attract qualified talent.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records, including candidate status and interview feedback.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and candidates.
• Communicate with Sales, Client Consultants, and Talent Partners to align processes.
• Provide structured feedback and recommendations based on evaluations.
• Monitor pipeline progress and keep roles moving within timelines.
• Identify process gaps and propose continuous‑improvement solutions.
• Conduct job offer meetings, present role details, and finalize offers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or candidate coordination.
• Ability to handle high volumes of candidates while multitasking across multiple roles.
• Strong analytical skills to assess fit against job requirements.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting tools.
