Remote Office Manager for Business Brokerage

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote Office Manager to support the owner of a growing U.S.-based business brokerage. This full‑time role blends executive assistance, operations oversight, financial document handling, and marketing coordination, all performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the owner’s calendar, priorities, and task list; organize meetings and follow‑ups.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, Confidential Information Memorandums and other client‑facing materials.
• Review and summarize profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports for completeness.
• Maintain organized digital filing systems, CRM records, and internal workflow documentation.
• Schedule and publish social media content; assist with newsletters and email campaigns.
• Track business listings, transaction milestones, and ensure project deadlines are met.
