Remote Interviewer – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Interviewer to manage the full recruitment cycle at Sophilabs. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from application to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates.
• Prepare and distribute assignments, language assessments, and numerical/logical reasoning tests.
• Advertise job openings on internal channels, the company careers page, social media, and job boards.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
• Monitor HR metrics such as time‑to‑fill, time‑to‑hire, and source of hire.
• Participate in job fairs and host in‑house recruitment events.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Support new hires during the onboarding process.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of proven experience in HR, psychology, IT recruitment or customer service.
• Near‑native fluency in English.
• Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, energetic environment.
• Tech‑savvy with a willingness to adopt new tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Available to work remotely Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM.
