Operations Assistant for AI‑Powered SDR Platform

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Assistant to support an AI‑driven outbound sales platform. The role is fully remote within LATAM and focuses on processing inbound responses generated by the AI SDR system, following predefined Slack‑based workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process inbound AI‑generated responses according to internal instructions.
• Use Slack tools and bots to route, categorize, or reply to conversations.
• Execute predefined actions within Slack workflows and ensure timely completion.
• Escalate unusual cases to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate records of processed interactions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high level of organization.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Ability to follow processes consistently and work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in operations, virtual assistance, customer support, administrative support, or data entry is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using Slack.
• Familiarity with AI tools (preferred).
