Node Developer – Remote

About the role

INDI is looking for a seasoned Node Developer to join its fully remote engineering team. You will help design and build high‑performance backend systems while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving early‑stage startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement backend services using best practices and micro‑service patterns.
• Design, extend, and maintain robust APIs.
• Deliver new features quickly while ensuring code quality through reviews, unit tests, and analytics.
• Automate workflows and develop tools to boost engineering productivity.
• Define and refine engineering processes for product launches and releases.
• Participate in technical interviews to grow the engineering team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Node.js development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Experience in agile environments.
