About the role

We are looking for a bilingual medical professional to join our aesthetic and plastic surgery clinic in Quito as a Medical Sales Executive. You will be the primary voice of the clinic, building trust with prospective patients, educating them on treatments, and guiding them toward confident decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries about aesthetic procedures.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls using provided lead lists.
• Close sales, process payments securely, and upsell complementary services.
• Conduct follow‑ups after procedures to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings or referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly outreach and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate call logs and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with surgeons and internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding.
• Stay informed on cosmetic surgery trends, safety regulations, and market innovations.

Required profile

• Degree in Nursing or Medicine.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare outreach; cosmetic/aesthetic experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation abilities.
• Eager to learn and motivated.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Available full‑time on‑site in El Batan, Quito, Monday‑Friday 08:00‑16:30 EDT.
