About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with strong medical coding expertise to join our virtual healthcare team. The RN will work remotely, handling OASIS documentation and supporting day‑to‑day virtual operations for U.S.‑based providers.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and review OASIS documentation accurately.
• Perform medical coding and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Maintain and update patient records within EMR/EHR systems.
• Support clinical and administrative healthcare processes.
• Review medical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with providers and healthcare staff as needed.
• Assist with daily virtual healthcare operations.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong experience with OASIS documentation.
• Medical coding experience.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
