Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Marketing Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of a fast‑growing real‑estate investment business. This remote, full‑time position offers high ownership, allowing you to build scalable systems, drive performance accountability, and turn data into actionable business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain reporting across all marketing funnels and lead‑generation channels.
• Track, analyze and report KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROI, conversion rates, lead velocity and cycle time.
• Build dashboards and weekly reporting frameworks for leadership.
• Manage lead flow, segmentation, attribution logic and ensure campaign data accuracy.
• Support outbound initiatives (cold calling, SMS, direct mail, referrals, email outreach).
• Maintain CRM structure, pipeline accuracy and operational workflows.
• Design and implement automations to reduce manual work.
• Handle large datasets, including cleaning, auditing, imports/exports.
• Create SOPs and process documentation for repeatable functions.
• Lead remote team members, establish KPI scorecards and accountability frameworks.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement structured solutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Operations, Marketing Operations, RevOps or similar performance‑driven roles.
• Near‑native English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Proven hands‑on experience with marketing and operational KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with marketing and CRM data.

Required skills

• CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• ClickUp or similar workflow/project‑management tools.
• Data cleaning, auditing and large‑dataset management.
• Dashboard creation and KPI reporting.
• Automation and process‑optimization tools.
